A free app for Android, by RMSI.
The primary objective of this project is to develop an electronic patient record system that will allow for easy and quick data capture. This will be done through the development of a mobile application and a web portal.
The application will allow the health worker to record the information of the patient, such as name, age, and address. It will also provide the patient with a notification for the upcoming services.
The application will also be able to capture the delivery of the services.
This project is part of a larger project that is aimed at developing a patient-centered electronic health record system in Nigeria.
